smart tv rooftop pool housekeeping service train tracks hard bed stained towels
My room had a smart TV. I connected my phone to it. The rooftop pool had views of the ocean. Jiffrey in housekeeping was punctual and professional. He made sure my room was super clean.
The hotel is very noisy. I could hear trains. The hotel is right next to the train tracks. I also thought the beds were hard.

decent stay, some issues
rainfall shower separate sinks poor drainage toilet door
the bathroom looked straight from a design magazine. it had excellent features. i especially liked the rainfall shower and separate sinks. i also enjoyed the cafe on the first floor. it had nice cakes and a great view.
the door to the toilet jammed. it was really difficult to open after closing it. you had to lift it with a lot of strength to get it moving on the rollers. i was standing in about an inch of water.

Excellent Hotel with Ocean Views

The rooftop bar impressed me greatly with its views of the ocean and train line. It was quite a sight. I enjoyed the new facilities. The gym and yoga room were highlights for me. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay.

charmed by the stay
clean room comfortable bed
the room was nice and clean, and the bed are very comfortable. i like the automatic toilet and big bathroom. the rooftop have great view and a cool bar. i was able to book a massage and i do recommend it.
the check-in process was slow. i arrived early and spend time in line. then, at check-in time, i spend another twenty minutes in line again. this happens because they have to pay for everything individually.

i had dinner, and my husband had a crab. i ordered indonesian fried rice from the menu, and its was good. dilshan and the staff gave us a great first evening back in the country.

the location is convenient, its across from the sea and very near railway station. this is good because i like to travel by train. there are also some shops are close to the hotel.

the rooftop pool have a beautiful view. there is a gym with every device. hotel feature bars and restaurants, this is nice because i don't need to walk outside to get something to eat.
